Rossa Consulting Ltd operates as an independent company specialising in two main areas;

  • Developing international distribution networks for manufacturers, and finding the appropriate manufacturer for distributors.
  • Negotiating purchase agreements, between clients and manufacturers.

Initially specialising in developing international distribution networks for Tower Cranes, our product line has evolved to include distribution and sales networks for Self Erector Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Pick & Carry Cranes and Port and Harbour Cranes.  

We have also handpicked, and been commissioned by a wide selection of other construction equipment manufacturers to enhance their international presence by expanding their distribution Network.

Our product line has now increased to an impressive selection of manufacturers and products to compliment our selection of cranes; from Forklifts, to Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, to Pile Drivers, and Drilling Rigs to Dumpers etc; to sell direct to contractors and/or locate distributors internationally for the products.

Rossa Consulting is a Master Distributor for a number of manufacturers of cranes and construction machinery products in Europe, Africa, India, Middle East and for all of the Americas.

If we don’t have the construction equipment required, we can source and negotiate the best prices, delivery logistics and service and maintenance arrangements. If required we can set in place dealer or distributor contracts and finance agreements.

 We have extensive experience in developing international distribution networks for a number of large manufacturers, or for distributors looking to take on a new product or manufacturer. Our international cultural awareness is invaluable for a seamless negotiation relating to the terms of contract, agreed by both parties looking to enjoy an effective and profitable partnership. Our selection process to find the right distributor for the manufacturer, and vice versa, is long term and therefore profitable to all.

Negotiating large purchase agreements on behalf of the manufacturer involves dealing with multiple contacts which can be very challenging and time consuming. We can simplify the agreement process from inception, purchase, through to delivery by providing one central point of contact throughout the life cycle of the contract, and provide the technical support to ensure the best terms for all parties.
